Calcium carbonate dryer is widely used in the liquid forming and drying industry. It is suitable for generating powder and granular solid products from solution, lotion, suspension, and paste liquid raw materials.

 

The product can indirectly heat or cool paste, granules, powder, and paste materials. And can complete unit operations such as drying, cooling, heating, sterilization, reaction, and low-temperature combustion. The special wedge-shaped stirring heat transfer blades in the equipment have high heat transfer efficiency and self-cleaning function of the heat transfer surface.

Characteristic

 

A variety of feeding devices are available for selection. The feeding is continuous and stable, and bridge erection will not occur during the process.

 

A special cooling device is arranged at the bottom of the dryer to avoid the deterioration of materials in the high-temperature area at the bottom.

 

The special air pressure sealing device and bearing cooling device effectively prolong the service life of the transmission part.

 

The special air distribution device reduces the resistance of the equipment and effectively provides the air volume of the dryer.

 

The drying chamber is equipped with a grading ring and swirl piece, the material fineness, and final moisture are adjustable. (For example, the final water content of calcium carbonate can be adjusted to ≤ 0.1%)

 

Compared with other drying methods, it can effectively increase the specific gravity of materials.

 

The drying room has high circumferential gas velocity and short residence time of materials, which can effectively prevent materials from sticking to the wall and the deterioration of heat-sensitive materials, and achieve high efficiency, fast, small equipment, and large production.

 

The dehydrated dry materials rise with the hot air flow, the grading ring traps the large particles. The small particles are discharged from the center of the ring outside the dryer and are recycled by the cyclone separator and dust remover. The partially dried or large materials are thrown to the wall by centrifugal force and then fall to the bottom again to be crushed and dried.

Chemical industry: sodium fluoride (potassium), basic dye pigments, dye intermediates, compound fertilizers, formaldehyde silicic acid, catalysts, sulfuric acid agents, amino acids, white carbon black, etc.

 

Plastic resin: AB, ABS lotion, urea-formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin, sealant (urea) formaldehyde resin, polyethylene, PVC, etc.
